Coffee!

I live on a coffee and macadamia nut farm.

Yes, my main directives in life are screenwriting, fixing Macintosh computers, and commenting on politics.Yes, macadamia nuts are essentially worthless on the world market. Yes, farmed coffee is a lot more difficult crop than most other pursuits I could mention.

But look at that coffee!

The raw coffee you see in the picture will ripen between September and November. Green coffee “cherry” will turn red as it ripens. The cherry will be picked and delivered to a processor. Seven pounds of cherry translate to one pound of processed coffee. So. you may be drinking this stuff next year if you ask for Kona coffee.

Enjoy!
